The sun rises over Gott Bay, Isle of Tiree on 9 July 1983. As the waves roll in, the isolated houses at Ruaig can be seen in the mist in the background. I didn't have far to go for this picture, as the beach was just in front of the hotel, however it did entail getting up at 5am!
