Caledonian MacBrayne M.V. Columba arrives at Gott Pier, Isle of Tiree on 9 July 1983 and will take me and my car back to Oban. Columba was built in 1964 and was used along with sisters ships Hebrides and Clansman on the West Highland routes until the late 1980s. In 1989 she was converted into the luxury cruise ship Hebridean Princess.
